The soup and salad bar is always fresh and one side contains all of their regular ingredients and the other is always lled with new fresh options along with homemade soup. Not only do they focus on a fresh and healthy menu, they try to cater to vegetarian, vegan and gluten free needs.
All of the sauces and dressings are homemade right in the restaurant. They also make Gouda pimento and fresh guacamole every day and even make their own pickles such as burger pickles, pickle spears, bread and butter jalapenos and pickled onions.
Pan-Handlers changes up the weekly specials every week. They do have a couple of dishes that stay in regular rota- tion that are customer favorites such as fish and chips with homemade batter and tarter sauce every other Friday, a buttermilk marinated chicken strip basket with homemade gravy every other Wednesday and on alternating Wednesdays a Cajun chicken pasta. Then they sprinkle in other favorites such as their Cuban sandwich and Monte Cristo sandwich.
